Cancelling Parking
The contractor must cancel their parking by providing 30 days written notice to parkinggwu [dot] edu (parking[at]gwu[dot]edu). A permit is considered in use while in the possession of the contractor and charges will continue to accrue if the permit is not cancelled properly when no longer needed. Contractors with long-term assignments must complete and sign all Colonial Parking required forms in order to begin the cancellation process. The processing of personnel forms does not complete this process.
If a long-term contractor fails to cancel their parking, they will be subject to payment of any/all accrued payments due. No exceptions will be made regarding collection of any/all parking fees that are due.
